- You should consult a qualified professional before making health decisions

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service responsibly
- Not misuse or abuse the system
Communication Terms
By using Runsense, you consent to receive coaching messages via SMS and/or email based on the communication preference you choose.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction and training activity
- For SMS: message and data rates may apply
- You can opt out of SMS anytime by replying "STOP"
- Reply "HELP" for help
- You can manage your communication preferences from your account page
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's effective transmission and is not guaranteed by Runsense.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
- Runsense is a paid subscription service billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner, Paddle
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
- If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@runsense.ai and we will work with you to resolve it

Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Runsense may change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Runsense is not liable for:
- Injuries
- Training outcomes
- Any damages resulting from use of the service
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
