Description of Service
Runsense provides an AI-powered running coach via SMS, email, and the Runsense iOS app. The service offers guidance based on the information you provide.
Connected data sources
Runsense generates coaching from the training and health data you choose to share — primarily Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS, plus any fitness service or device you connect. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; Runsense reads only the data you authorize and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such service. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service's terms.

Runsense is not a medical professional.

Use Runsense at your own risk.
Runsense coaching is generated by automated AI systems from the information available to them. It can be incomplete or incorrect; use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before acting on it.
User Responsibilities

- Use the service responsibly
- Not misuse or abuse the system
Communication Terms
By using Runsense, you consent to receive coaching messages via SMS and/or email based on the communication preference you choose.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction and training activity
- For SMS: message and data rates may apply
- You can opt out of SMS anytime by replying "STOP"
- Reply "HELP" for help
- You can manage your communication preferences from your account page
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's effective transmission and is not guaranteed by Runsense.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
- Runsense is a paid subscription service billed on a monthly or annual basis through Apple In-App Purchase on the App Store
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- Payments are processed by Apple; refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled according to Apple's refund policy. You can also contact support@runsense.ai and we will help where we can

Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Runsense may change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Runsense is not liable for:
- Injuries
- Training outcomes
- Any damages resulting from use of the service
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
