The problem

Plans don't know you. Apps don't talk to you. Coaches rarely have time for you.

Sleep, stress, and last week's miles rarely match the plan on paper. You need guidance, not another metric. A coach who knows you, learns as you train together, and decides what's next.

How it works

  1. 1
Connect your goal and your data

Tell us what you are training for. Runsense reads your recent training load so guidance stays grounded in reality, not a template.

  2. 2
A coach who texts when you need them

No dashboard to parse. Each check-in already accounts for how your week is going, so you always know what's next, and why it's right for you now.

  3. 3
    Adapt when life happens

Missed a session, travel, a rough night: your coach knows, and adjusts. No shame, just what's next.

Why this is different

Plans, apps, coaches: none of them know you. Runsense does.

Versus a plan

A plan is a document. It doesn't know how your week actually went, doesn't tell you to ease up after a bad night, doesn't notice when you're nailing the work. Runsense knows you, knows your workouts, knows your goals and works with you every day.

Versus a training app

Training apps are plans with light personalization. They still don't talk to you. They still don't know whether to skip today's tempo because you slept four hours. Runsense knows you, and tells you why.

Versus hiring a coach

A real coach costs $150–$300 a month. To make that work, they take twenty or thirty athletes, and the math doesn't leave room to know you. Runsense knows you better and is always available.

Questions

Common questions.

How is Runsense different from a training app or a plan?

A plan is a document; an app is a dashboard. Neither knows how your week actually went. Runsense is a coach: it learns your training and your goal, builds a real plan to get you there, and rebuilds it as your body and life change, easing off when you're run down, pushing when you're ready, and making the call with you when something hurts or life gets in the way. It comes to you, so there's nothing to check.

How does the coaching reach me?

By text message, the way a real coach would check in: no feed, no dashboard, no daily app to open. You'll know what's next and why it matters, and you can reply any time to ask a question or change your plan.

What do I need to get started?

An iPhone to set up your account, and a way for your coach to see your training: connect Apple Health. After that, coaching happens over text. The app is there as a GUI whenever you want one (your plan, history, settings), but unlike other training platforms you're not required to live in it.

Do I need an Apple Watch or a GPS watch?

No. Runsense works with the runs you already record (a watch, your phone, or any app that syncs to Apple Health). The more it can see, the better it coaches, but you don't need new gear to start.

Is an AI coach really as good as a human one?

A great human coach is wonderful, and usually $150–$300 a month, often juggling twenty or thirty athletes. Runsense won't pretend to be a person, but it does what a great coach does: it learns your training and your history, builds a real plan toward your goal, and rebuilds it as your body and life change, easing off when you're run down, pushing when you're ready, adjusting early when something starts to hurt so it doesn't become an injury. It's in your corner every day, and it answers when you ask, all for a fraction of the cost.

How personalized is it, really?

Every message is built from your training, your goal, and how your week is actually going. Sleep poorly, miss a session, travel, hit a rough patch: your coach knows, and adjusts. No generic template weeks.

What does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Right now it's $8.99/mo or $69.99/yr for founding members (first 50 only, locked for life). After that, $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year. Every plan starts with 14 days free, no credit card required. Cancel any time.

Can I just ask it questions?

Yes. Text your coach like you'd text a person ("can we move my long run to Sunday?" or "my knee's sore, should I run?") and you'll get a straight answer that fits your plan.

What about my training data?

Your training data is used to coach you, not to train AI models, and never sold or handed to advertisers. You can disconnect or request deletion any time. See our privacy policy for the details.
