Runsense is an AI running coach delivered via SMS, email, and the Runsense iOS app. If anything's not working — your plan didn't update, you're not getting messages, you can't sign in, or you want to change something about your account — we want to know.

We try to respond within one business day. Tell us:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your phone number or email (whichever you use with Runsense), so we can find your account
Quick things to try first
- Not getting SMS? Reply HELP to any Runsense text. If you've replied STOP in the past, reply START to opt back in.
- iOS app shows no plan? Make sure Apple Health access is granted: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Runsense → toggle on the data categories you want shared. Then reopen the app.
- Runs not showing up? Runsense reads your workouts from Apple Health. See connecting your runs to Apple Health for how to get runs from your Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, or other device flowing in.
- Want to change your race date, units, or channel preference? Reply to your coach on whichever channel you use — they can update most things conversationally.
Managing your subscription
Runsense subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase, so your plan is managed in your Apple account — not on this website.
- View or cancel: On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Runsense, then choose Cancel Subscription. (You can also do this in the App Store app: tap your profile icon → Subscriptions.) Your coaching continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Want us to handle it? Email support@runsense.ai and we'll cancel for you. Your coaching continues until the end of the current period.
